I am based in New Plymouth where I offer face-to-face appointments as well as online.
Services
EAP Counselling
If you are employed by an organisation that has access to Telus Health or Vitae EAP support, you will be able to gain free counselling through their funded sessions.
Private Counselling
If it feels right and you would like to engage in counselling and work on your healing journey, make contact with me. We can meet and explore if we are a good fit.
Counselling (Taranaki Primary Connections)
Taranaki Primary Connections is a brief intervention service, providing support for individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues. Generally, referrals are made through your GP, midwife or another community provider. Ask them about a referral for 4 FREE sessions.
about me
I was born in South Africa and raised in New Zealand, giving me a wide cultural foundation. I completed my National Certificate in Early Childhood Education and then moved onto my Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Social work).
My colourful childhood is what originally drew me to the healing profession. I have a variety of lived experiences, trainings and qualifications I have completed in my 10+ years of work that I draw on when supporting others through their healing journey.
